Ferrari have officially revealed the chassis designation for the car it will use in the 2023 Formula 1 season.
Set to be unveiled at Maranello next year, the car driven by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr will be known as the SF-23.
It will be the first car run under the stewardship of Frederic Vasseur following the resignation of Mattia Binotto in late 2022 following multiple strategic, reliability and operational errors made across last season.
The car will officially hit the track for the first time in pre-season testing in Bahrain, starting on February 23rd, although it is likely the team will run the SF-23 during a filming day shakedown at their Fiorano test-track.
