Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@racingnews365.nl and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

RacingNews365 processes your personal data for the following purposes:

E-mail marketing

In addition, data relating to e-mail marketing is stored. This concerns data related to the sending, opening and clicking of e-mails. To make you targeted offers where an advertisement is displayed in a (partner) e-mail, Facebook or on a website for a product that we suspect that you are interested in based on processed data.
We only send partner e-mails if you have given permission for this. We then use your data to send information and offers from third parties about their products and services. Sharing of personal data

These partner emails will always be sent on behalf of RacingNews365 and are always checked by us prior to sending.
OMG / Mailmedia measures behaviour in response to emails sent in order

How we protect personal data

RacingNews365 takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us at info@racingnews365.nl. If you have created an account on our website or have taken part in one of our promotions, we will store the data you have left behind via a secure connection in a secure database server at Amazon.

If you choose or have chosen to sign up for our newsletter, your e-mail address will be stored in our account with the marketing platform Mailchimp via a secure connection. Newsletters from RacingNews365.nl are sent from here. If you have indicated during a campaign that you also receive updates from a possible partner, we will also share your e-mail address with this company so that they can send you offers and mailings. Sending these files is done via a secure file transfer and files are deleted from this server after 30 days.

LiveRamp
When you log into our website, we may share information that we collect from you, such as your email (in hashed, pseudonymous form), IP address, or information about your browser or operating system, with our partner LiveRamp. We facilitate the above functions by using advertising technology providers:

LOTAME – data management platform, for the purpose of gaining audience insights and enabling consented audience data to be activated through our advertising platforms. Lotame uses cookies and other identifiers to track online behavioural, demographic and technographic data; they don’t receive information such as your name and email. Lotame can also receive anonymous data segments, such as user IDs associated with people who have been registered members for a certain length of time.
