Franco Colapinto suffered another major accident during qualifying for the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The Argentine driver hit the inside wall at Turn 16 which bent his steering and sent him into the wall on the opposite side of the track at high speed.
Colapinto then proceeded to skid along the track for some time, coming to a rest before the pit entry.
The 21-year-old voiced he was OK over the team radio and exited the car unaided.
It adds to the woeful time Williams has had of late, with James Vowles admitting its crashes in Mexico and Brazil have cost it upwards of $3 million.
Colapinto and team-mate Albon crashed during qualifying in Brazil, with Colapinto suffering another major shunt during the grand prix.
One week prior in Mexico, Albon had two accidents - one with Oliver Bearman in practice and another with Yuki Tsunoda in the race.
Colapinto's crash came at the end of Q2, with Albon failing to progress beyond the opening segment.
