Nico Rosberg has slated Lance Stroll's post-Qatar Grand Prix qualifying behaviour as "poor" and "not on".
The Canadian was frustrated after continuing his qualifying struggles with another Q1 elimination, with Aston Martin teammate Fernando Alonso cosily reaching Q3 once more.
Stroll returned to the pits after qualifying 17th at the Lusail International Circuit and threw his steering wheel when leaving the cockpit, before shoving his trainer at the back of the garage.
This was followed by a seven-word interview - one of which was an expletive - as Stroll's frustration showed.
Speaking to Sky Sports F1, 2016 World Champion Rosberg said: "The behaviour was poor.
"That steering wheel cost over £20,000, he scratched the paint of his car, pushed his trainer away - that is not on, not for mechanics, not for the trainer, not for anybody.
"That's really bad behaviour."

Painful struggles
"I can relate in a way," added Rosberg, who went toe-to-toe with Lewis Hamilton in his time at Mercedes.
"It is really painful, a real struggle when you are so far off and you don't know what's going on.
"Social media is taking you on and speaking badly about you, it is really hard, plus that situation where you are the son of the boss so, even internally, the pressure will be building a lot.
"So I wouldn't want to be in his shoes."
