Round eight of the 2024 Formula 1 world championship took place with the Monaco Grand Prix as Charles Leclerc finally won at home.
After years of trying, he finally broke the curse and claimed an emotional win on his home streets, as Oscar Piastri and Carlos Sainz completed the podium.
Elsewhere, there were horror shows for some drivers as some unexpected names shone in the Principality.
But how did all of the drivers fare across the weekend? RacingNews365 has weighed in with our driver ratings.
The top five
Charles Leclerc - 10
A maximum score is hard to achieve, but such was Leclerc's domination and advantage over the field, it is the only fair rating he can receive. He aced qualifying and then did not fluff the start, and whilst Piastri got close and had a sniff or two, it was never really in doubt who would win. He pulled away to win by 7.152s to ignite the title fight.
Oscar Piastri - 9
Piastri felt that had he been able to string together his two laps in Q3, he would have been able to maybe nab pole and so he must be docked a mark for not nailing that - especially as the gap between them grew to from a couple of hundredths to a tenth-and-a-half. But he nailed the race and crucially snapped the run of form Norris was building up. Now he must deliver regular podiums.
Yuki Tsunoda - 8
It is becoming increasingly clear that Tsunoda is the lead RB driver, and off the form he is showing, would surely have been considered for a Red Bull seat in a bygone era. From the eight races, he's scored points in five of them, and his haul of 19 points is three more than the other nine drivers from the bottom five teams have managed between them. Here he took eighth place after yet another Q3 slot as Daniel Ricciardo struggled once again.
Alex Albon - 8
Williams was point-less leading into Monaco, despite feeling its car was a better all-round package and on Friday, Albon voiced concerns about the car lunching its tyres and graining, especially through Casino Square. He man-handled the machine into Q3 for the first time crucally finished ahead of Pierre Gasly in ninth and 10th, respectively. That puts Williams ahead in the Constructors' on countback - which might be crucial come Abu Dhabi.
Pierre Gasly - 8
As Esteban Ocon has been the better of the two Alpine drivers this season, Gasly needed a response at the track his team-mate delivered the high for Alpine in an otherwise bad 2023. And he responded by booting Ocon out of Q3, and in effect earning himself a point there with the top 10 remaining unchanged from lights out to chequered flag. He did well to manage with the damage he picked up from the over-zealous Ocon and earned a just reward with a first point of the season.

The bottom five
Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu - 5
It is only fair to rate the two Stake drivers together as this was a weekend it was cut adrift at the back of the pack. It is now the only team without a point on the board, with confidence on corner entry a big problem throughout the weekend. There was nothing special to say about their weekends, except to say Bottas is simply higher because he finished ahead in the race, three places ahead.
Sergio Perez - 3
Despite all the problems Red Bull had in Monaco, the RB20 should not be getting eliminated in Q1 by a driver who is good on street tracks, but has struggled in Monaco. This put Perez into a place where something like the contact with Kevin Magnussen was possible and so it turned out. It was around this time last year his form dived off a cliff, he needs to arrest this slump in double-quick time.
Kevin Magnussen - 2
A driver who is looking increasingly like he is heading for the F1 exit door, Magnussen's move at Beau Rivage was reckless and highly dangerous not just for himself and Perez, but also the marshals, photographers and fans in the area. He was extremely fortunate the stewards did not elect to investigate further, especially as he is two points from a race ban.
Esteban Ocon - 2
As boss Bruno Famin put it, if Ocon had move the move he did on Gasly on the final lap or for a podium, it can be excused, forgiven. To do so on the first lap when the team is desperate for points and risk putting both out is nigh on unforgivable. He apologised after Famin read him the riot act but the Alpine-Ocon relationship is one that appears to be drifting to a close.
