Red Bull rookie Isaac Hadjar is among four F1 drivers to be summoned by British Grand Prix stewards after Free Practice 1.
Late in the session at Silverstone, Hadjar, who was in for Sergio Perez, was slow through the fast Farm left-hander of Turn 2, and as Lando Norris approached at racing speed, Hadjar jinked to the right - causing Norris to take avoiding action.
Norris heavily-locked up as Hadjar profusely apologised for the near-miss, claiming he did not see the McLaren.
He must attend the stewards at 1400 local time for alleged impeding ahead of F2 qualifying later in the hour.
Lance Stroll, who finished second to Norris in the session, has also been summoned for the same offence as Hadjar, with Charles Leclerc's Ferrari the victim to the Canadian.
They will both attend the stewards at 1415 local time.
