Valtteri Bottas overcame a puncture to finish 133rd in his class during the cycling gravel world championship in Belgium.
A keen cyclist, Bottas entered the two-day event in the 35-39 men's class and completed the 182.8km course in 5:40.04 to place 133rd out of 232 entries with 202 finishers in class overall.
The Stake F1 driver was forced to fix a puncture in the final 5km, with the elite races being won by Marianne Vos by one second over Lotte Kopecky in the women's event and Mathieu van der Poel earning victory by 63 seconds from Florian Vermeersch in the men's event.
