Sergio Perez has been delivered a warning by the stewards, following an incident in third practice ahead of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Perez was investigated after third practice after appearing to impede Carlos Sainz on the entry to Turn 15.
The Mexican driver was cruising on the racing line, causing Sainz behind to cut the chicane in avoiding action.
Sainz had minimal time to react due to being on a hot lap. Perez was found in breach of Article 37.5 of the sporting regulations.
As specified in the stewards' report, Perez received a warning rather than a penalty as the incident was not judged as dangerous.
The stewards' report stated: "The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data, video, team radio and in-car video evidence.
"The Stewards reviewed the incident between Car 11, Perez, and Car 55, Sainz. The radio traffic between Perez and his team meant that while the team did warn Perez of the approaching faster traffic, he was late reacting and therefore was in the wrong position for Sainz, who was forced to cut to the inside of Turn 15.
"The Stewards did not consider the situation to be dangerous, and so issue a warning consistent with the agreed guidelines."
