Despite that, Rosberg showed his qualities on several occasions. In total, the German drove for the British racing stable for four seasons, achieving his best result in the opening race of 2008 - he crossed the finish line in Melbourne in third place.

In 2010, Rosberg moved to the new Mercedes team. Here he became a teammate of Michael Schumacher, who returned from retirement. Mercedes bought BrawnGP, which was champion in 2009, and wanted to go all out to make the German brand and front-running team.
