Ferrari run Le Mans tribute livery for Italian GP

The Italian marquee will once again run a special livery for their home race.

Ferrari will be running a special Le Mans tribute livery for the Italian Grand Prix, alongside their special race suits and team gear. The team took their first outright victory in Le Mans in 50 years, with the 499P Hypercar driven by former F1 driver Antonio Giovinazzi alongside James Calado and Alessandro Pier Guidi. The livery will pay tribute to that car with yellow 'V' stripes that run down the side of the Hypercar featuring on the nose and engine cover. The race numbers for both Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will also be yellow, along with the 'long F' logo appearing on the rear wing. Leclerc and Sainz will also have special race suits and team gear for the weekend, which were unveiled yesterday by the team . Each of the drivers onboard the winning car will be guests of the team along with Le Mans pole sitter Antonio Fuoco, while the 499P Hypercar will be present in the fanzone along with other historic cars including the F2003-GA which won the Italian GP at the hands of Michael Schumacher in 2003. Check out the livery below.
