Pierre Gasly has been summoned to see the FIA stewards after being late to the drivers' meeting at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix.

It is not known why the Frenchman failed to attend on time, but he will have to explain to the stewards.

The official FIA document highlighted a breach of Article 20.1 of the sporting regulations. The reason given was: "Alleged breach of Article 20.1 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations – Failure to attend the drivers’ meeting at the scheduled time."

Gasly will report to the stewards at 17:30 local time.

Charles Leclerc has also been summoned for swearing during the official FIA press conference after the Mexico City Grand Prix.
