What time does the 24 hours of Le Mans start?
The 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of the most renowned races globally and is considered part of the 'Triple Crown,' along with the Monaco Grand Prix and the Indianapolis 500. The race begins on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 3:00 PM BST (4:00 PM CET) and runs for a full 24 hours, concluding on Sunday, June 16, at 4:00 PM CET, regardless of any red flags. Today, we have the last sessions before the race, namely, Free Practice 3 & 4, and the Hyperpole, where the eight fastest cars during free practice in each of the three classes, Hypercar, LMP2 and LMGT3, battle it out for their respective pole positions on Saturday.
