Valtteri Bottas has been signed as Cadillac's first F1 driver for 2026, RacingNews365 and sister site Formula.Hu revealed earlier today.
The Finn has agreed a deal to step back from his Mercedes reserve driver duties and return to the F1 grid from 2026 as the American team joins as the 11th entry.
Bottas is expected to be unveiled possibly next week, but the identity of his team-mate is yet to be confirmed, with the team known to be in talks with a number of drivers.
These include Sergio Perez, with the former Red Bull driver looking to match Bottas and return after a year off in 2025.
But is former Mercedes driver Bottas the right choice for Cadillac?
