Nico Hulkenberg will face no further action from Monaco Grand Prix stewards over blocking Esteban Ocon in qualifying - but is still at risk of being disqualified.
The Haas racer was called after blocking Ocon in Q2 through Massanet and Casino Square, forcing the Alpine to back off on a fast lap.
Haas attempted to inform Hulkenberg of Ocon coming through, but the stewards found that whilst he was given the messages, the radio was not working correctly and Hulkenberg did not receive the warnings.
The stewards listened to Haas's attempts to warn Hulkenberg.
Ocon himself also confirmed radio problems with other drivers also reporting similar issues, with the Frenchman acknowledging that as the entry to Massanet is blind, there was no way for Hulkenberg to be aware of the fact that he was coming.
He added that he did not feel "materially impacted" as Hulkenberg picked up the pace through Turn 4 - Casino Square.
Owing to the fact that Haas tried to Hulkenberg, the radio problems and that Ocon felt he was not impacted, no further action was taken.
However, Hulkenberg's 12th on the grid - one spot behind Ocon's 11th - is at risk as Haas itself has been called over a technical rules breach on both cars, with Kevin Magnussen also at risk of being disqualified over it.
