No team needs the money of a title sponsor to survive anymore. Every team says they are profitable. I guess that is also why they want nothing to do with Andretti.
Its bid to become the 11th team will probably be held up under the current Concorde Agreement, because unanimity is required.
Not everyone will agree to an 11th team, simple as that. Look at Las Vegas, unanimity was required there to waive penalties for Ferrari and Carlos Sainz, but that unanimity didn't come.
So I don't see Andretti happening. It is unfortunate, because it would allow F1 to welcome two new drivers, and besides that, Andretti is really just a quality organisation.
I really think Andretti could do well and the fact that they got General Motors on-board is a good positive for them as well, and there are plenty of reasons why Andretti would be a good addition.
Even so, I think we can look forward to exciting championships in the coming years, just as last season was exciting.
Despite Max Verstappen's dominance, at some races, you were still on the edge of your seat.

Liberty Media don’t need the approval of the 10 existing teams to let Andretti Cadillac join F1. Does anyone seriously think any existing team will refuse to sign another Concorde Agreement just because of Andretti being accepted by F1? Really? You think any team will walk away from their teams that are worth supposedly a Billion dollars or more? Just because of Andretti? Lol. If you do you would be in need of psychiatric assistance. Andretti Cadillac brings more value to F1 than Haas. Sign up Andretti Cadillac and see if Gene Haas refuses to sign another Concorde Agreement. If he does then F1 has its 10 teams status quo.
