Mercedes has teased the first images of their 2023 Formula 1 challenger being built at their factory. The W14 will be officially revealed on the 15th February in an online reveal ahead of pre-season testing. It is expected to be a significant improvement on the failings of the W13, which plagued them during last season. The car is set to retain the 'zero sidepod' design, with the main changes being under the bodywork and floor which will be redesigned. Longtime member of the team James Vowles has recently announced that he will depart from the team to take up the role as Team Principal at Williams , after they parted ways with Jost Capito at the end of 2022.
