Christian Horner and Lewis Hamilton have led the tributes to Daniel Ricciardo after the Australian's F1 career appeared to end after losing his RB seat.
Ricciardo is to be replaced with immediate effect by Liam Lawson alongside Yuki Tsunoda from the United States Grand Prix, and at 35-years-old, it is unlikely the eight-time grand prix winner will ever return to the grid.
Ricciardo's heyday in F1 was at Red Bull between 2014-2018, with his team boss Horner leading the tributes to "The Honey Badger", with Hamilton leading a host of F1 drivers and teams including rivals in replying to Ricciardo's own farewell message, calling the Perth-native a "legend."
This article will be updated in due course, as more tributes arrive.
