McLaren has unveiled a special livery for the title-deciding Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, which will see either Lando Norris, Max Verstappen or Oscar Piastri crowned as world champion.
The Woking-based outfit will run a fan-inspired design in collaboration with principal partner BAT’s brand VELO.
Nine McLaren fans worked together to create the unique livery and were invited to McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) for a behind-the-scenes experience, with McLaren CEO Zak Brown and Norris.
"Our fans are at the heart of everything we do, and this special livery is another way of showing our appreciation," said Louise McEwen, McLaren chief marketing officer.
"Through the ‘Live Your Fandom’ campaign with VELO, we’ve been able to celebrate their passion and creativity in a way that truly brings the Papaya Family together."
It is a significant weekend for McLaren at the Yas Marina Circuit, as it could see the drivers' title return to Woking for the first time since Lewis Hamilton in 2008.
Norris enters the season finale with a 12-point cushion over Verstappen, while Piastri sits 16 points adrift of his team-mate.
