Red Bull will present the new F1 car of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez next week. As with first outings in previous years, there will be cameras present and plenty of footage to pour over for fans. RacingNews365.com understands that Verstappen will be the first driver in the new Red Bull next week. The driver will give the new car its baptism of fire during a filming day at Silverstone. On these days, the team is allowed to drive a maximum of 100 kilometres and video recordings have to be made. Yesterday, this publication revealed that the Dutchman’s teammate Perez has been granted the opportunity to take old Red Bull cars out for extra testing as he adapts to his new team following his move from Racing Point at the end of last year. The RB16B is the successor of last year’s RB16. The further developed car is equipped with a completely new Honda engine. After the filming day Red Bull travels to Bahrain, where the three-day winter test days are scheduled from March 12-14. The F1 season starts two weeks later in Bahrain, on Sunday 28 March.
