Max Verstappen was one of two F1 drivers to skip the private screening of the new Brad Pitt F1 film ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix.

Set to be released next month, the film starring Pitt was shown to 18 of the 20 drivers and their partners, as well as other senior figures such as Stefano Domenicali and Toto Wolff on Wednesday evening, prior to the Monte Carlo weekend.

Verstappen was joined in his absence by Aston Martin's Lance Stroll.

Instead, new father Verstappen was busy spending time at home, and was streaming on iRacing under his now famous 'Franz Hermann' pseudonym, following a GT3 test at the Nurburgring.
