Alpine reveal launch date of A523

The French team will unveil their car driven by Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon in London ahead of the new season.

Alpine has confirmed the launch date of their 2023 challenger, the A523. The team becomes the fourth to announce a launch date, electing to unveil their car on Thursday 16th February in London. This is two days after Ferrari plan to launch and three days after Aston Martin. Alpine will have an all-French lineup for the 2023 season, with Esteban Ocon's services retained alongside Pierre Gasly. Gasly makes the jump from AlphaTauri, who plan to launch their new car five days earlier in New York. Despite their past feud that stems from their days karting, Gasly says both him and Ocon are "more mature now" and expects them to both fight for championships.
