Silverstone offering free tickets for British GP to key workers

Staff from the NHS, emergency services, armed forces and social care sectors can register to enter a draw for free tickets to the British Grand Prix.

Key workers in the United Kingdom can apply to win free tickets for this year's British Grand Prix. Taking place on the weekend of the 16-18 of July, Silverstone have announced that they will give away 3,500 tickets to workers in the NHS, emergency services, armed forces and social care sectors. Working with Blue Light Tickets, workers in these sectors can enter the ballot on their website Blue Light Tickets. 2,200 tickets will be made available for Friday, 1,000 for Saturday, and 300 for the Sunday Grand Prix. As well as the Formula 1 weekend, tickets are also being made available for the Classic weekend on the 30 July/1 August. The Moto GP round at Silverstone, from the 27-29 August, is also being made accessible through the ballot.
