Antonio Felix da Costa immedietly took to social media to vent his anger at his disqualification from the Misano E-Prix, stripping him of a famous win.

It was recently confirmed that the FIA had disqualified the Porsche driver from Saturday's race at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli as his throttle damper spring was "not found in conformity of the regulations", as stated by the FIA.

Porsche has already confirmed that they have declared their intention to appeal, which they now have 96 hours (until Wednesday evening) to do.

Formula E posted on Instagram that da Costa had been disqualified not long after it had been announced by the FIA.

Almost immedietly, the original Misano winner replied to the all-electric championship's post in dramatic fashion.

"Throttle damper spring was an original part from Spark that was used all of last year and been removed from the rulebook without notification to the teams… how many other cars out there are on this spring?" commented da Costa on Instagram.

Under the same Formula E post, da Costa's older brother also commented and took aim at the FIA.

"All the cars are running this throttle spring damper. This is 100% ridiculous," said Duarte Felix da Costa. "Check the other cars and get 20 cars disqualified as teams were not notified about the part being removed from the notebook regulations. Correct @fia.official ?"

Formula E returns to Misano on Sunday for the second race of this weekend's double-header.
