Aston Martin have confirmed that damage to their factory has been kept to an absolute minimum after fire tenders were called to their facility near the Silverstone Circuit in the UK.
Emergency services were called after a fire broke out within the factory, with images being shared on social media of fire engines at the scene.
Aston Martin moved to head off any rumours about what may have happened at the factory, explaining that a small fire had broken out but was quickly brought under control.
"We can confirm that there was a small fire in the extraction system of our wind tunnel, which was quickly extinguished," read a short statement from the team.
