Max Verstappen has already won his third Formula 1 World Championship but the Dutchman added to his tally by taking the F1 Sprint win in the United States.
Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc took second and third respectively, with the former moving a small bit closer to Sergio Perez for second place in the Drivers' standings.
It was another positive day for McLaren, who is now just six points away from overtaking Aston Martin for fourth in the Constructors' Championship.
