Max Verstappen coasted to victory in the United States Grand Prix Sprint at the Circuit of the Americas.
The Red Bull driver was aggressive in defence against Ferrari's Charles Leclerc into Turn 1 and never looked back on his way to another eight-point haul on a Saturday.
Lewis Hamilton made his way into second on the opening lap and was joined on the podium by Leclerc.
Lando Norris finished fourth for McLaren ahead of Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz, who struggled with tyre wear as the sole Soft-tyre runner.
Pierre Gasly took two points for seventh ahead of George Russell in eighth - the Mercedes driver dropping from seventh by virtue of a five-second penalty for overtaking Oscar Piastri off-track.
Alex Albon fought valiantly to get within five seconds of the Briton but ultimately wound up ninth, with Piasti 10th in the second McLaren following early struggles for pace.
