Williams has unveiled a Union Jack livery it will use as part of its home celebrations ahead of the British Grand Prix this weekend.

Featuring the names of all 1,005 team members, the Union flag will be incorporated into the engine cover of the FW46 machine to be driven by Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant - with Franco Colapinto on FP1 duty for Sargeant.

The names of the team members have been woven into the red, white and blue of the engine cover, with the other having other events in the build-up to the race.

This includes 2009 world champion, and team advisor Jenson Button getting behind the wheel of his FW22 from his rookie 2000 season at Silverstone for a series of demonstration runs.

"Silverstone is always one of the highlights of the year and I’m delighted we are thanking our staff as the centrepiece of our home race celebrations," said team principal James Vowles.

"Williams is transforming from top to bottom so we can fight our way back to the front, and our people and culture will be key to that success.

"It takes extraordinary effort from every individual at the factory and at track to race in Formula 1, and I’m especially proud of the resilience whilst under pressure we have demonstrated so far this year."
