Oliver Bearman will see the F1 stewards in Monaco following an alleged infringement during the second practice session.
The Haas driver was noted for a potential red flag infringement midway through the session, which quickly turned into confirmation he was being investigated.
The nature of the alleged rule breach is still unknown.
Two red flags were deployed during the session - first following a crash for Isack Hadjar, and another when championship leader Oscar Piastri hit the barrier at Turn 1.
The F1 stewards have already handed out a grid penalty this weekend, with Lance Stroll being deemed guilty of causing a collision with Charles Leclerc.
