Max Verstappen has built even more of an advantage at the top of the Formula 1 World Championship standings following his victory in the Canadian Grand Prix.
The Dutchman claimed his sixth win of the 2022 campaign at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, and as such added a further 25 points to his tally, which now stands at 175 points.
Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez failed to finish the event due to a mechanical issue, meaning that he remains on the 129 points that he arrived in Montreal with.
However, he still holds P2 in the standings, though Charles Leclerc is just three points away in third following a decent recovery drive from P19 on the grid to a final position of fifth.
George Russell sits in fourth with 111 points, while Carlos Sainz's second-place result in Canada has given him a points boost in fifth, as he now has 102 points to his name.

Red Bull remain ahead, Ferrari build gap over Mercedes
In the Constructors' Championship, Red Bull remain on top despite Perez's non-finish. Their advantage over second-placed Ferrari has only dropped from 80 points to 76 points.
Meanwhile, the Scuderia have built slightly more of a gap ahead of Mercedes in third.
The Silver Arrows were previously only 28 points away following the last race in Azerbaijan, but Sainz and Leclerc's double points finish – as well as Sainz's additional point for fastest lap – has stretched their lead over Mercedes to 40 points.
