James Vowles enters his second season as Williams Team Principal having made his mark in year one.
The former Mercedes Strategy Director made instant changes at the Grove-based outfit and through Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant - primarily the former - Williams rose to seventh in the Constructors' standings with a number of standout results.
Those performances have raised Albon's stock and, according to RacingNews365 readers, the Thai-Briton is the favourite to succeed Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes once he makes his move to Ferrari.
