Racing Bulls 'break down barriers' with 3D experience

Something a little bit different from a Formula 1 team.

Racing Bulls has crafted an immersive experience it claims offers fans "an exclusive look into the world" of the team.

Entitled 'The Garage', Racing Bulls has developed a 3D virtual design that allows users to explore the team's garage, pit wall and driver rooms of Yuki Tsunoda and Isack Hadjar.

Clicking on available icons brings up crucial information on the work of the mechanics, why drivers are weighed, the pit wall, and vital tools such as a wheel gun.

Racing Bulls CEO Peter Bayer said: “Getting to see a race in person can be difficult for fans but we are always looking for new ways to connect with our fans and break down some of those barriers.

"This cutting-edge 3D immersive experience takes fans closer to the track, bringing that engagement to a whole new level.

"By offering unprecedented access to our race day preparations, fans can witness firsthand the precision, teamwork, and technology that drive our success.

"This isn’t just about bringing fans closer, it’s about making them feel like part of the team, no matter where they are in the world.”

The Garage was crafted by a freelance 3D artist who captured reference images at last year's Qatar Grand Prix before then using advanced graphic design software.

The experience will also offer exclusive opportunities for fans, including access to partner products, competitions, VIP trips, signed merchandise, and other money-can’t-buy experiences.

Red Bull Technology CMO Olly Hughes said: “This is the ultimate ‘crib tour’ for fans, offering an unprecedented opportunity to step inside the heart of the team like never before.

"At VCARB, we believe that passion for racing knows no boundaries, and this immersive experience proves that you don’t have to be trackside to feel truly connected.

"More than just exclusive access, it’s about education, inspiration, and celebrating the dedication that powers every race.

"By showcasing the teamwork, precision, and innovation behind the scenes, we hope to ignite the passion of current fans while inspiring the next generation of motorsport enthusiasts."

The Garage can be accessed via the team's website.
