Williams' recent crash misery in F1 has continued with a heavy accident for Franco Colapinto in qualifying for the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The Argentine clipped the inside wall at Turn 16 coming onto the curved pit-straight, before being spat into the outside wall, destroying the FW46 machine.
It is the seventh major incident for the team since the United States Grand Prix - although claims of it missing the entire Las Vegas GP were rubbished after unfounded rumours following the horror of Sao Paulo, where Alex Albon could not start following his qualifying crash.

Alex Albon - Australian Grand Prix practice
The Thai crashed heavily at Turns 7 and 8, damaging his chassis beyond immediate trackside repair. Vowles elected to bench Sargeant for Albon who was deemed of a stronger chance of scoring points with no spare chassis available. Albon did not score points.
Logan Sargeant - Japanese Grand Prix practice
Crashed heavily exiting Turn 7, backing the car into the tyre barrier and causing an extensive repair bill.
Alex Albon - Japanese Grand Prix
Albon was an innocent party as Daniel Ricciardo crashed into him on the opening lap of the lap, taking both out.
Logan Sargeant - Miami Grand Prix
Another innocent crash for Williams as Kevin Magnussen nerfed Sargeant into the barrier in the race, causing damage to the rear.
Logan Sargeant - Canadian Grand Prix
Sargeant backed the car into the wall at Turn 4 after spinning in the tricky wet conditions.
Alex Albon - Canadian Grand Prix
Innocent bystander as Carlos Sainz spun and collected Albon, who suffered damage to the left-front and right-hand side after contact with the wall.
Logan Sargeant - Dutch Grand Prix practice
The crash that spelled the end of Sargeant who destroyed his car in a wet FP3 after touching the white line and grass at Turn 4. He was replaced by Franco Colapinto for the Italian Grand Prix.
Franco Colapinto - Azerbaijan Grand Prix practice
Lost the rear at Turn 4 and smashed the left-hand side of the car into the concrete wall.
Alex Albon - United States Grand Prix
Contact made with Esteban Ocon at Turn 1.
Alex Albon - Mexico City Grand Prix practicr
Contact made with Ollie Bearman in FP1 after coming across the slow Ferrari in the high-speed sweeps. Destroyed the car as it nerfed into the barrier.
Alex Albon - Mexico City Grand Prix
Contact with Yuki Tsunoda on the run to Turn 1 broke the left-front suspension of the FW46, putting Albon into retirement.
Alex Albon - Sao Paulo Grand Prix qualifying
Lost the car under braking for Turn 1 in qualifying, destroying three corner of the car. Did not take the start.
Franco Colapinto - Sao Paulo Grand Prix qualifying
Lost control in Q1 and spun out at Turn 3 - one of five red flags.
Franco Colapinto - Sao Paulo Grand Prix
Williams rebuilt the car in time for the race, but under the safety car, Colapinto crashed climbing the hill from Juncao, destroying the left-hand side of his car and putting the team under severe pressure.
Franco Colapinto - Las Vegas Grand Prix qualifying
Clipped the inside wall at Turn 16, and was spat into the outside wall, taking three wheels off the car and destroying it.
