Charles Leclerc has stated there is no advice he can give to Lewis Hamilton to help the seven-time champion improve his form at Ferrari.
Hamilton joined the Italian squad in January as he brought the curtain down on a successful 12-year stint with Mercedes.
However, he struggled for pace throughout the campaign and was consistently outpaced by Leclerc, with the latter bagging all seven podium results for Ferrari this year.
Leclerc highlighted he already has too much on his plate to give assistance to Hamilton.
"My job is to obviously maximise whatever I can do in my control," Leclerc told media including RacingNews365.
"And there's already so many things I'm focused on for myself, and the team, to try and make sure that my driving fits the car in the best possible way.
"It's obviously difficult for me to then also spend time [helping Hamilton]. And also Lewis has achieved a lot more than I ever did. I don't really have any advice to give him.”
Hamilton labelled the 2025 campaign as the most challenging he has endured in F1 as he struggled to adapt to the profound changes inside the Ferrari camp.
Leclerc highlighted such a dramatic change in the environment is a great challenge for any driver.
"It's for sure a long process whenever you join a new team,” he said.
“I don't even remember what it's like to be joining a new team. It's been [seven] years that I'm at Ferrari, so I know how it works.
“Everything feels very natural, but for Lewis, it's still new even after a year.
"The processes are completely different, the way you have the vision, the team, the way you work. So all of that still needs some time to get used to."
