In the 48 races since the ground effects era started in Formula 1, Red Bull has won 41 of them.

Of those 41 races, Max Verstappen has picked up 36 of those in domination F1 has never seen before, including 19 wins from 22 in the 2023 season in the single-greatest season by any driver in the history of the world championship.

But behind the Flying Dutchman, there are great battles up and down the field from Ferrari and McLaren squabbling over second-best to Mercedes trying to claw its way back into leading contention.

And what about the scrap for precious points in the lower midfield? Wherever you look, there are stories to be told - but is Formula 1 currently too boring?
