Following Logan Sargeant's heavy third practice shunt during last weekend's Dutch Grand Prix, it has been reported that the Williams driver could be replaced for the remaining rounds this year.
Sargeant missed qualifying in Zandvoort as a result of his huge impact with the barrier, which caused a lengthy red flag.
His Dutch GP crash was the latest of the American driver's errors, which have led to reports that somebody else could be brought in before Carlos Sainz's arrival next season.
Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff has already ruled Andrea Kimi Antonelli out of the running, but is very keen for its reserve driver Mick Schumacher to be given another chance in F1.
Schumacher is not the only driver who has been made available, as Red Bull boss Christian Horner revealed that it would be "open" to loaning Liam Lawson.
But will either driver be chosen by Williams boss James Vowles, or could an experienced driver like Aston Martin reserve Stoffel Vandoorne get the nod?
Let us know who you think should replace Sargeant in our poll below!
