Lewis Hamilton walked away from a post-race interview at the Japanese Grand Prix after being asked whether he was jealous of Ferrari's impressive race pace.

The seven-time world champion started in seventh ahead of Ferrari's Charles Leclerc, who was on a similar strategy to the Briton.

Verstappen relieved to overcome 'hiccup' with Japan victory

Max Verstappen has insisted that the “hiccup” from the round in Australia is behind him after his victory at the Japanese Grand Prix.

The reigning world champion became the first driver since seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher to win three consecutive races at Suzuka.

Perez 'paid the price' for Red Bull struggle in Japanese GP

Sergio Perez felt he "paid the price" for suffering with balance issues during the Japanese Grand Prix.

Starting second, Perez followed home team leader Max Verstappen for a third Red Bull one-two of the season, to score his first career podium at Suzuka.

Ricciardo reveals 'gobbled up' reason for Albon crash

Daniel Ricciardo felt he was "gobbled up" and was not "totally ignorant" of Alex Albon's position during their Japanese Grand Prix crash.

On Lap 1, the RB driver clipped Albon's Williams at Turn 3, sending both heavily into the tyre barrier, and triggering a red flag for repairs lasting nearly half-an-hour. It was deemed as a racing incident.

Albon thought of Williams crash woe 'as soon as he hit the wall'

Alex Albon has conceded that his first thought after his latest accident for Williams was how it would again heavily impact the F1 team.

On this occasion, Albon was entirely innocent of blame as there was nothing he could do about the opening-lap crash with RB's Daniel Ricciardo in the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka.

Russell highlights Alonso tactic in late Piastri battle

George Russell says he expected "nothing less" from Fernando Alonso at his late-race Japanese Grand Prix tactics as he hunted Oscar Piastri.

In the closing stages at Suzuka, Russell was closing in on seventh-placed Piastri as Alonso dropped back to give the Australian the DRS in a bid to keep the Mercedes of Russell behind in eighth place.
