RB CEO Peter Bayer has detailed that he hopes to see on-track improvements from the team by the mid-part of the Formula 1 season.
The Red Bull sister squad opened its point-scoring tally last time out at the Australian Grand Prix with Yuki Tsunoda scoring six points by classifying in seventh place.
On the build-up to the 2024 F1 campaign RB faced scrutiny from some rival teams due to the closer ties it implemented with Red Bull.
RB ended last year's F1 campaign with a late-season rise up the pecking order as it prepared to transition the organisation to new heights.
Explaining the changes that have been installed, Bayer told media including RacingNews365: “We've been changing the structures.
“We've been creating new positions. New people have been joining us and others will follow.
“We were a bit lucky because we could push until the end last year with developments.”

Bayer was announced as RB's new CEO last year while another major management change saw Laurent Mekies take over the team principal role from long-time boss Franz Tost.
Amid the series of changes, Bayer is confident that the alterations within the squad will be realised in the middle of the campaign.
“The beginning of this year was really focusing on getting everything, everyone into the right position,” he said.
“It's all about the people and to develop the culture. And we see that coming together, but it's a long-term project that we're working on.
“We're confident that towards the middle of the season we will see the fruits of the work we do now.”
