Poll: Will Verstappen ever break his consecutive victories record?

Max Verstappen would have matched his record for 10 consecutive victories had he not retired from the Australian Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen came agonisingly close to matching his sensational record for 10 consecutive victories, which he achieved with victory in last season's Italian Grand Prix.

His streak was ended by Carlos Sainz in the 2023 Singapore Grand Prix, in what was Red Bull's only below-average performance of the previous campaign.

After finishing fifth in Singapore last year, he then went on another nine-race winning streak, which ended at the recent race from Melbourne's Albert Park Circuit.

Just like last season, it was Sainz who ended his streak, as the three-time world champion retired following a worrying brake-related fire.

It would come as no shock if Verstappen now went on another run of victories like he did after Singapore in 2023, but will he ever eclipse 10 victories in a row?
