Oscar Piastri has responded to the rumour linking him to a Red Bull seat in the future.
Piastri is managed by former F1 driver Mark Webber, who raced for Red Bull from 2007 to 2013.
Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko recently claimed that Webber was “intensively seeking conversation” when responding to a rumour that the team is viewing Piastri as a driver for the future.
Piastri has denied interest in a switch to Red Bull as he asserted his satisfaction with being part of the McLaren outfit.
“Definitely not,” Piastri told media including RacingNews365 if a Red Bull switch is on the cards for his future.
“I'm very happy where I am. I'm under contract for the next two years after this, and I'm certainly not looking to go elsewhere.
“It wouldn't be a week in F1 without some comments from Helmut.”

Piastri - It's a nice compliment
Piastri has impressed during his short stint in F1, having enjoyed a strong rookie campaign in 2023.
The Australian has become a race winner this year and is aiding McLaren's hunt for its first constructors' championship since 1998.
When asked if he was surprised by the speculation linking him to Red Bull, Piastri replied: “Not massively.
“It's a nice compliment, I would say. But again, I'm very happy with where I am. They have quite a big pool of drivers that they can choose from if they want.”
