Seven-time MotoGP champion Valentino Rossi will take part in the full 2024 World Endurance Championship season.
He will be taking part in the GT3 class with Team WRT, as he eyes a Hypercar drive in the future with ambitions of winning Le Mans.
The MotoGP legend has been focusing on sports cars since his retirement from the top-class bike series, focusing mainly on GT World Challenge where he spent two seasons with WRT.
He also took part in the Road to Le Mans race and took a class win, and subsequently tested an LMP2 car with Oreca earlier this month.
Also included in the 2024 entry list is Nyck de Vries, who was dropped by AlphaTauri in Formula 1 midway through the season.
He will replace Jose Maria Lopez, who will race in GT3, at Toyota and race alongside Mike Conway and Kamui Kobayashi.
