Charles Leclerc delivered a furious outburst over his Ferrari radio after the Las Vegas Grand Prix, directed at team-mate Carlos Sainz.

The Monegasque finished the race at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit in fourth, whilst team-mate Carlos Sainz completed the podium.

However, Sainz secured his podium under controversial circumstances, having been told not to overtake his team-mate.

Sainz was informed not to pressurise Leclerc nor overtake him, with the opposite having been done by the 30-year-old when his team-mate exited the pit lane.

"Carlos has been told to not overtake," Leclerc's race engineer informed the driver. "He has been told to not put you under pressure. So just take care of your tyres."

Leclerc responded: "Maybe try in Spanish."

The 27-year-old was furious after the race, and insisted that he did what he was supposed to do, something he believes went against him.

"Yeah, I did my job, but being nice fucks me over all the fucking time," Leclerc said over the radio after the race.

"It's not even being nice, it's just being respectful. I know I need to shut up, but at one point it's always the same, so... oh my fucking god."
