Seven F1 drivers are being investigated by the FIA stewards at the Canadian Grand Prix for alleged safety car infringements.

Kimi Antonelli, Oscar Piastri, Esteban Ocon, Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz, Pierre Gasly and Lance Stroll will all be looked at more closely by the stewards.

It was later established that those seven drivers had overtaken after the chequered flag, despite the circuit still being under safety car conditions.

On lap 67 of 70, Lando Norris ran into the back of his team-mate, critically damaging his McLaren and causing the late-race safety car that led until the chequered flag at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.

The outcome of the investigation can be found HERE.
