Lando Norris has moved into the lead of the F1 drivers' title after a stunning victory in the Mexico City Grand Prix.

The Briton converted pole position into a dominant win, finishing a distant 30 seconds ahead of Charles Leclerc in second.

Oscar Piastri recovered from seventh on the grid to finish in fifth, but now sits a point behind his McLaren team-mate in the title standings.

Max Verstappen's recovery was even stronger than Piastri's with the Dutchman having completed the podium from fifth on the grid. As a result, he is now 36 points adrift.
