Lando Norris has narrowly retained his F1 championship lead following the sprint race at the Chinese Grand Prix, despite scoring a solitary point.

His advantage now sits at two points after Verstappen finished in third place.

McLaren still sits atop the constructors' championship with just one point separating it and Mercedes.

Following its strong result in the sprint race, Ferrari has closed the gap slightly on Red Bull for third place.
