Alpine driver Fernando Alonso set the pace during Saturday's second practice session for the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, as drivers focused on longer runs ahead of Sprint Qualifying.
Alonso clocked a time of 1:11.238 on the Soft compound tyre to finish almost a second clear of Red Bull's Max Verstappen, with Valtteri Bottas third in his Mercedes.
Esteban Ocon made it two Alpines in the top four, followed by the other Mercedes and Red Bull cars of Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez.
