After a four-week break in the schedule, the 2023 F1 season returns with the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Max Verstappen and Red Bull arrive into the event as leaders of both the Drivers' and Constructors' standings, while the Dutchman also claimed victory when Formula 1 last visited Baku in 2022. Can he repeat that success this time around?
It has also been a strong start to the season for Aston Martin, but will the Silverstone squad maintain their edge over Mercedes and Ferrari?
Additionally, the Sprint will make its first appearance of the year in Baku, meaning that the weekend proceedings look a little different to usual.
Ahead of the Azerbaijan GP weekend, eyes will be on the World Motor Sport Council, who will be making a decision on any tweaks to the weekend format.
Teams are hoping that a change to separate the Sprint from the main Grand Prix will be approved, which is likely to be in the form of a second qualifying session, which will replace a practice session. A decision on the tweaks is expected on Tuesday.
As things stand, Free Practice 1 will take place on Friday at 10:30 UK time, before traditional qualifying happens later in the day at 14:00.
A second 60-minute practice session is scheduled for 10:30 on Saturday morning, and this will be followed by the Sprint at 14:30. The main Grand Prix starts at 12:00 on Sunday.
