Ferrari's Charles Leclerc will start from pole position for Sunday afternoon's F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix after setting a best lap of 1:40.203 ahead of Max Verstappen.
Sprint race winner Sergio Perez makes up the second row with Ferrari's Carlos Sainz, with Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso lining up on the third row on the grid.
Both Esteban Ocon and Nico Hulkenberg will start the race from the pit lane after their teams elected to make a set-up change while their cars were under parc ferme conditions.
