Honda's new Formula 1 power unit has come to life ahead of the 2022 season, with AlphaTauri firing up their AT03 for the first time.
Despite the manufacturer's official departure from F1 at the end of the 2021 season, Honda will continue to supply Red Bull and AlphaTauri over the coming years, with units to be managed by the Red Bull Powertrains facility when it opens in the summer.
On Friday, AlphaTauri shared a video of the AT03 - and Honda engine - being fired up before the car's launch on 14 February. Red Bull are set to launch their new car, the RB18, on 9 February, as Max Verstappen aims to defend his F1 title.
It means all four of F1's engine manufacturers - Mercedes, Ferrari, Renault and Honda - have now shared fire ups ahead of the new season.
