Mercedes consider legal action as returned Gasly podium triggers ‘chaos’
Mercedes has already spoken to lawyers after the announcement that Pierre Gasly has been reinstated to third position in the Monaco Grand Prix, with Red Bull and McLaren having both activated its option to lodge a Right of Review of its own.
On track, Lando Norris topped the timesheets on the opening day of the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, with George Russell finding himself in a McLaren sandwich. Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton both experienced a difficult day.
