LIVE: Reaction as Leclerc stuns for Mexico pole; six drivers under investigation

Follow qualifying for the Mexican Grand Prix live. Keep up to date with everything that happens in qualifying at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

Max Verstappen heads into qualifying for the 2023 F1 Mexico City Grand Prix having led every single practice session at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

The Red Bull driver found himself just a few hundredths off Williams' Alex Albon, while Mercedes found some pace overnight in the final practice session.

Both Ferrari drivers failed to complete a fast lap on the Soft tyres due to traffic, but could we see them inside the top five? Lando Norris also looks threatening at the wheel of the McLaren.

But as it turned out, McLaren faltered while Ferrari and Leclerc roared to pole position - with some of the field facing investigations.

Below you will find our dedicated live blog and live timing hub; the times refresh automatically during the session, so you are always up to date.
